Proposal of a dividend distribution and update of Financial Calendar 2020

Viohalco S.A. announces that the company's Board of Directors decided on July 13, 2020, to propose to the Ordinary General Shareholders' meeting the approval of a gross (*) dividend of EUR 0.01 per share.

The company's Annual Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020.

Following the above and Viohalco S.A.'s press release, dated April 16, 2020, the Financial Calendar 2020 is updated as follows:
