Virbac SA (ENXTPA:VIRP) is looking for M&A. During Virbac 2024 Annual Results Webcast Habib Ramdani, Interim Chief Executive Officer said,"In terms of the nature of acquisition. So we continue to be very much focused in programmatic M&A, which means small to midsize. We like the small size type of acquisition.
It's easier to integrate. It's a nice way to complement a portfolio, usually, it typically translate very nicely into a bottom line impact. If there are some midsized opportunities that we consider are worth exploring, we obviously won't hesitate to look at them.
So anywhere between small to midsize will be something that we can cover".
