           Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
           Officers.

Effective December 1, 2022, VirTra appointed Alanna Boudreau, 43, as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Boudreau brings over 20 years of experience in managerial, financial and operating functions, most recently serving as group controller for The 600 Group PLC (AIM: SIXH), a publicly listed U.K.-based global industrial laser company. More information about her business background can be found in the press release, which is filed as an exhibit to this report.

Ms. Boudreau will receive an annual salary of $180,000 and was granted 15,000 performance-based restricted stock units pursuant to VirTra's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, which can be earned over a three-year period. There are no family relationships between Ms. Boudreau and any other officer or director of VirTra.
