The Board of Directors has agreed to submit to the Annual Shareholder Meeting that will take place in 2017 the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, S.L. as external auditor for Viscofan S.A. and consolidated Group for fiscal years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
This appointment has been preceded by the positive recommendation by the Audit Committee after a tender process.
