Visiativ SA (ENXTPA:ALVIV) entered into a letter of intent to acquire 80% stake in Audros Technology SAS on April 12, 2018. Audros reported a turnover of €3 million in 2017.
Visiativ SA (ENXTPA:ALVIV) completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Audros Technology SAS on July 18, 2018.
