(Alliance News) - Visibilia Editore Spa announced Tuesday that EnVent Italia SIM Spa has resigned as Euronext Growth Advisor effective March 20.

EnVent made it known that, following the appointment of the judicial administrator, Maurizio Irrera, "in the best interest of the company, its stakeholders and the market, EnVent itself had decided to maintain its role as Euronext Growth Advisor of the company in the delicate phase of definition and implementation of Visibilia's capital strengthening maneuver."

Coming now to the end of the judicial administrator's term of office following the appointment of a new administrative body scheduled at the shareholders' meeting convened for Feb. 19, "EnVent considers that it has concluded its path with the company."

Irrera then referred any assessment regarding the possible identification of a new Euronext Growth Advisor to the new board of directors.
