(Alliance News) - Visibilia Editore Spa has announced that Immobiliare Dani Sl and Daniela Santanché, who together hold 75% of Athena Pubblicità Srl--the controlling entity of Visibilia--will not be selling their stake to WIP Finance SA.

The decision follows a dispute between the shareholders and WIP regarding whether the conditions precedent, on which the effectiveness of the preliminary agreement depended, had been met.

Nevertheless, Immobiliare Dani and Santanché stated they have received expressions of interest from other prospective buyers and are currently evaluating "the most suitable strategic alternatives to safeguard the interests of the company, its shareholders, and other stakeholders."
