Vision Inc. (headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Kenichi Sano, hereafter "Vision"), an operator of the Global WiFi business and the Information and Communications Service business for corporate clients, hereby announces that it has entered a business alliance agreement with Recomm Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Hidehiro Ito, hereafter "Recomm") in regard to the sale of air purifier ReSPR in Japan.

• Purpose of business alliance

Since its founding in 1995, Vision, as one of the leading distributors in Japan, has provided information and communications-related services necessary for companies to smoothly run their businesses. Vision provides services suited to the stage of growth each client is in, attracting clients primarily through web marketing.

Further, Vision has a long-standing relationship with Recomm, a company involved in the sale and maintenance of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment, cultivated through marketing each other's products and other collaborative efforts.

Recomm acquired exclusive rights to market air sanitizer ReSPR, which is effective in removing viruses from the air, overseas in June 2020, and it is marketing the product in seven countries in Asia including China. Against the backdrop of heightened demand for air sanitizers due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Recomm is expanding its sales network in Asia with the launch of ReSPR in the region.

Vision concluded a business alliance agreement with Recomm in regard to the sale of air purifier ReSPR, to offer this product to its clients as a countermeasure against viral infections.

In addition to the business alliance for the sale of ReSPR, Vision plans to enter a distributorship agreement with Recomm in regard to Venusense-a series of network security devices being marketed by Recomm's consolidated subsidiary Venustech Japan Co., Ltd. By doing so, Vision intends to further strengthen its marketing ties with Recomm.
