CEO Commentary

Viva Energy Chief Executive Officer Scott Wyatt said: "Over the last year we have made a number of important announcements which are shaping our business, including most recently the acquisition of Coles Express, which will transform not only our Retail fuels business but our broader Company by creating Australia's largest integrated convenience and mobility network under a single operator and welcoming around 6,000 new team members into our fold. Today we have announced a number of leadership team changes which will support our transformation agenda.

"Jevan was an integral member of the leadership team that transitioned the Company from private ownership to a public listing. He has been an outstanding Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and will bring a deep knowledge of our business, markets, and strategic agenda to this important new role driving our evolving Convenience and Mobility business.

"I am delighted to welcome Carolyn Pedic to the Company. Jennifer Gray has had an extensive career with Viva Energy and Shell, most recently as CEO Liberty Wholesale, and brings significant supply chain and operations experience to the EGM Supply Chain role.

"Finally, I would like to thank Megan for her leadership and tremendous contribution to our success. She has made a big impact to the development of our company culture, and leaves Retail in a strong position to begin the next chapter as part of the broader Convenience and Mobility business.
