Vivenda Group S.p.A. (BIT:VVG) has signed an agreement to acquire 40% stake in Selfiestreet S.r.l. from selling partners Michele Cascavilla and Peruzzo Multimedia Company for ?0.004 million on April 30, 2025. The total purchase price, equal to ?4,000, was paid using its own resources.
