Notice is hereby given that Vivo Energy Mauritius Limited has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.90 per share for shareholders registered at the close of business on 3Ist of August 2022.

The dividend will be paid on or about I 6th of September 2022.

The shares of the company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 26th of August 2022 and ex-dividend as from the 29th of August 2022.
