VMware : Keeping Pace with Cloud Innovations

In this fourth and final post in this multi-cloud for government series, I want to talk about cloud innovations. But before that, let's recap the content covered in the first few posts:

At the VMworld 2021 conference, there was a lot of chatter about VMware's Cross-Cloud services - or cloud innovations that can support organizations today, and well into the future. To transform your organization with agility, to scale at lower costs, to empower employee engagement and productivity at lower risk, we need to reassess how cloud solutions will work together with cross-cloud services for all applications.

Innovative solutions aren't just software, AI or the implementation of robots. It is imperative to include people, processes, and technology when considering innovation across the agency. VMware's cross-cloud services can improve and address an organization's multi-cloud solution, while also enhancing the customer and user experience - delivering the most up-to-date multi-cloud deployment model to achieve your business challenges and outcomes.

Future acquisition and procurement solutions should align with the future deployment models that allow organizations to have the freedom and control as they implement their hybrid- and multi-cloud solutions to address their mission requirements. Being locked into one cloud service provider can spell trouble for certain workloads and won't allow you the freedom to choose the best cloud service for the desired function.
