Vodafone Idea Limited announced that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Vodafone Idea Limited (`the Company') at its meeting held i.e. February 11, 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Gurucharan Singh Gandhi as Chief Human Resource Officer (?CHRO?), a Senior Management Personnel, With effect from April 1, 2025 in place of Mr. Suvamoy Roy Choudhary, current CHRO who will be superannuating from the Company With effect from March 31, 2025. Mr. Gurucharan Singh Gandhi has over 23 years of experience across different domains of Human Resources in Financial Services and Fashion Retail. He joins the Company from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited where he is heading HR for Madura Fashion and Lifestyle.
Prior to this, he worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and has also headed the business center of expertise for Learning & Development for Aditya Birla Capital.
