Franki Fondation-FAYAT and VOGO sign a major contract to deploy VOKKERO audio technology on construction sites

VOGO (ISIN code: FR0011532225 - Ticker: ALVGO) announces the strengthening of its position in the construction market with the signing of a commercial partnership with Franki Fondation-Fayat, the French leader in pile foundations, for an initial order of 250 VOKKERO GUARDIAN communication solutions to be delivered during the current financial year.

The construction sector is particularly exposed to noise pollution, which can cause several complications on building sites. Beyond the auditory risks for site workers, the demanding environment of special foundations requires effective synchronisation between teams to work efficiently and productively while avoiding risky situations.

A subsidiary of the Fayat Group (France's leading independent construction company) since 1998, Franki Fondation-Fayat is an expert in special foundations. Piles, micropiles, support structures and ground reinforcement techniques are the technical solutions marketed and deployed by Franki Fondation-Fayat. Thanks to its organisation (with a network of eight branches), the Franki Fondation- Fayat teams are active throughout France, offering innovative solutions for local sites and routine projects as well as for large-scale projects such as the Grand Paris Express, the largest urban development project in Europe (two million passengers every day). They are also active in the digital sector such as the La Courneuve data centre, and in numerous industrial projects such as the multimodal Cargobeamer project in Calais.

In addition to its expertise, Franki Fondation-Fayat has established itself through its capacity for innovation, with continuous investment in new technologies that contribute to safety, comfort and efficiency at work.

It is in this context that Franki Fondation-Fayat chose VOGO to equip its teams with the high- performance audio communication solution, VOKKERO GUARDIAN. This innovative system ensures instantaneous exchanges in critical environments, resulting in increased reactivity and productivity for the teams in much safer conditions. Despite the noise pollution inherent in construction work, thanks to this easy-to-deploy solution, the Franki Fondation-Fayat teams benefit from quality communication that limits stress, misunderstandings and the risk of accidents on site.

VOGO has already received a first order for 250 VOKKERO GUARDIAN hands-free kits. Additional orders are already considered within both the company and the Fayat Group.

For VOGO, this commercial success demonstrates the relevance of these technological solutions beyond the world of sports, where the company already has strong international recognition. By addressing increasingly diversified markets such as infrastructure, nuclear energy and construction, VOGO is developing new growth drivers that will strengthen its existing commercial dynamic in sports.

"We are very concerned about the safety of our staff. The VOKKERO GUARDIAN solution proposed by VOGO meets this need perfectly. Today, we are working in a calmer and more productive way, and with more comfortable communication - less shouting, not having to going up and down the production equipment as much, better shared vigilance, etc. -, while protecting workers from noise pollution. This equipment strengthens team cohesion on-site and provides a more pleasant work experience for all", says Jean-BaptisteLe Gall, General Manager of Franki Fondation-Fayat.

"We are proud that our audio and video communication solutions are being used more and more by an increasingly diverse range of industries. Alongside our traditional sports market, many sectors are understanding the decisive benefits of these solutions in terms of safety, productivity and quality of the working environment. The choice of Franki Fondation-Fayat is a further illustration of this dynamic. Alongside them, we are also going to be involved in large-scale projects of great public interest, such as the development of the Grand Paris Express. This is great recognition for all our teams and the many players in the construction market who are likely to adopt our solutions", says Bertrand Million, VP Professional Solutions at VOGO.
