Volati has extended its existing credit agreement with Nordea by SEK 1,000 million. The agreement, which amounts to SEK 2,200 million after the increase, secures financing for Volati's continued growth and acquisition-oriented work. Volati is currently characterized by two fast-growing business areas and a strong focus on acquisitions. Average annual EBITA growth has been over 40% since 2017. In the last twelve months, Volati has made seven add-on acquisitions for existing companies and one acquisition that broadens operations to a new area - telecom infrastructure. The acquisitions have brought additional revenue of approximately SEK 1,300 million. The agreement is an extension of Volati's existing loan agreement with Nordea and consists of a revolving credit facility of SEK 1,900 million and an overdraft facility of SEK 300 million.
