Volgogradneftemash OAO, also known as Volgogradneftemash OJSC, formerly known as Dochernee oktsionernoe obshchestvo otkrytogo tipa Volgogradneftemash Rossiiskogo aktsionernogo obshchestva Gazprom, is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the production of equipment for gas, petroleum and petrochemical industries. The Company offers reactors, columns, heat exchangers, gas and gas-oil separators, dust arresters, filters, tanks, heaters, petroleum centrifugal pumps, block-type pig launchers and receivers, ball valves, shut-off, check and control valves, among others. Volgogradneftemash OAO operates through seven subsidiaries: Spetsgazremstroy OAO, Volgogaz OAO and NGKM Ooo, among others. The Company sells the products domestically, as well as to the Commonwealth of Independent States countries. As of December 31, 2013, the Company's main shareholder was Stroygazmontazh OOO.
