--Volkswagen is in talks to sell luxury brand Bugatti to Croatian sports-car maker Mate Rimac, German business magazine Manager Magazin reports, citing people familiar with the talks.

--A sale to Rimac should be discussed by Volkswagen's boards this year, reports Manager Magazin, adding that nothing has yet been decided.

--A spokeswoman for Rimac and a Volkswagen spokesman declined to comment.
