Voltas Limited announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced total revenue was INR 21,500.9 million compared to INR 21,200.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 1,586.6 million compared to INR 1,396.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 4.8 compared to INR 4.22 a year ago. For the full year, total revenue was INR 78,886.8 million compared to INR 73,103.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 5,171.8 million compared to INR 5,079.1 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was INR 15.63 compared to INR 15.35 a year ago.

The Company's segments include Unitary Cooling Products, Electro - Mechanical Projects and Services, and Engineering Products and Services. Unitary Cooling Products segment includes manufacturing, selling and after sales services of cooling appliances and cold storage products, and facilities maintenance and hard services, such as operations and maintenance contracts in various sectors, retrofits and energy management, among others. Electro - Mechanical Projects and Services segment includes electro-mechanical projects, such as electricals, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, extra low voltage and specialized services, and water solutions, such as comprises water treatment solutions for industrial, oil and gas and domestic sewage segments, among others. Engineering Products and Services segment includes textile machinery and mining and construction equipment.
