Voltas Ltd. has received intimation from Life Insurance Corporation of India informing about resignation of Ms. Usha Sangwan as their Representative on Voltas Board, which was accepted by the Directors at the Board Meeting held September 27, 2016. Accordingly, Ms. Usha Sangwan ceases to be a Director of Voltas Limited with effect from September 27, 2016.
Voltas Limited is an India-based air conditioning and engineering solutions provider and a projects specialist. The Company's segments include Unitary Cooling Products, Electro - Mechanical Projects and Services, and Engineering Products and Services.
