In an analysis, Afv writes that the shoe is pinched by the ownership structure and tariffs, and that it is impossible to know how high a priority one has as a shareholder in the company. The share may also remain weak in the coming years, but then it will probably turn around.
"Volvo Cars is by no means a necessary holding in the portfolio, and the risk level is higher and of a different type than for virtually all other stocks on the Large Cap list. But the valuation is attractive and for those who are prepared to live with the risks, it should be a good time to pick up some shares," the analysis says.
