Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) announced today that in the future it will file its quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and release its earnings after the market close, instead of the following morning prior to the market open, which had been the previous practice. As such, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, the Company will file its Form 10-Q and release earnings on August 1st after the market close, instead of August 2nd prior to the market open.
