VRANCART S.A. informs its shareholders and investors about the conclusion, on July 22nd, 2021, of a transaction between VRANCART S.A. and its subsidiary VRANCART RECYCLING S.R.L., whose value, cumulated with the rest of the transactions concluded/performed between September 1st , 2020 - July 21st , 2021, exceeds the threshold of 5% of the net assets of VRANCART S.A., according to the individual financial statements for 2020.
Details regarding the transaction concluded on July 22nd, 2021, which led to exceeding the aforementioned threshold, containing information on the closing date, nature of the transaction, description of its object, transaction value, expiration date, receivables and mutual debts, guarantees, penalties stipulated, the terms and methods of payment are presented in Annex 1.

Vrancart SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of cardboard and paper. The Companyâs product portfolio includes corrugated cardboard, cardboard boxes, paper for corrugated cardboard, toilet paper, strips for paper tubes and paper tubes. The Company offers corrugated cardboard with two, three and five layers; corrugated cardboard packaging boxes of various formats, stamped and printed, and toilet paper in various types. In the year 2011, it had a total production capacity of 138.51 million square meters per year of corrugated cardboard; 70,000 tons per year of paper for corrugated cardboard, and 22,000 tons per year of toilet paper. The Company distributes its products nationally and internationally. As of December 31, 2011, SIF Banat-Crisana SA held a 74.72% stake in Vrancart SA. It operates through Giant Prodimpex SRL, among others.
