W-Scope Hungary Plant Kft. announced that it will receive ?50 million in an equity round of funding on December 4, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor W-Scope Chungju Plant Co., Ltd., to retain its 100% in the company.
This has been approved in the board of directors of W-Scope Chungju Plant Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2025. The company will raise the money in tranches from December until March 31, 2025. The method of capital increase is increase shareholders' allotment increase.
