W&T Offshore, Inc. reported production results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2024. For the third quarter, the company produced oil of 1,210 MBbls against 1,382 MBbls reported a year ago. NGLs was 262 MBbls against 334 MBbls reported a year ago. Natural gas was 8,289 MMcf against 8,769 MMcf reported a year ago. Total oil and natural gas was 2,854 MBoe against 3,177 MBoe reported a year ago. Average daily equivalent sales was 31.0 MBoe/d against 35.9 MBoe/d reported a year ago.
For the nine months, the company produced oil of 3,992 MBbls against 3,831 MBbls reported a year ago. NGLs was 939 MBbls against 1,086 MBbls reported a year ago. Natural gas was 25,791 MMcf against 28,058 MMcf reported a year ago. Total oil and natural gas was 9,230 MBoe against 9,593 MBoe reported a year ago. Average daily equivalent sales was 33.7 MBoe/d against 35.1 MBoe/d reported a year ago.
W&T Offshore, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas producer. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and acquisition of oil and natural gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico. It has a working interest in over 53 offshore producing fields in federal and state waters (which include 44 fields in federal waters and nine in state waters). The Company has under lease approximately 597,100 gross acres (440,000 net acres) spanning across the outer continental shelf off the coasts of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Alabama, with approximately 435,600 gross acres on the conventional shelf, approximately 153,500 gross acres in the deepwater and 8,000 gross acres in Alabama onshore.
