Election of the Chairman of Board of Directors , Supervisory Board and Audit
Committee
Budapest, May 7, 2021 - WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt. (hereinafter: Waberer's) hereby announces that the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee - the governing bodies elected by the General Meeting on April 19, 2021 - has elected their Chairmen from its members. Dr. Márk Czéh-Tóth became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Waberer's, while Ferenc Mike is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. David Thompson was re-elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee, he has held this position since 2018.
