We (the "Company") hereby announce that we have implemented the purchase of treasury stock pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, Article 459 of the Companies Act, regarding which our board of directors adopted resolutions at a meeting held on May 10, 2017, as follows;

Purchase period: From May 15, 2017 through December 31, 2017
The aforementioned total number of shares to be purchased (2,800,000 shares) shall be replaced with 1,400,000 shares as of October 1, 2017, the effective date of the share consolidation, pursuant to which two (2) shares will be consolidated into one (1) share, as a result of the agenda item regarding such share consolidation approved at the 69th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on June 29, 2017.
