MEXICO CITY, July 4 (Reuters) - ** Shares in Mexico's Alsea fell on Monday for the fifth consecutive day amid a 3.88 billion Mexican pesos ($191 million) tax payment dispute

** Shares of Mexico's Alsea fell Monday more than 4.27% to 36.09 pesos, amounting to a 5.46% drop so far this month.

** The firm said in a statement on Friday that the federal court had ruled in their favor over the contested tax credit, but the Tax Administration Service (SAT) had maintained the seizure of certain company bank accounts.
