During the final quarter this year, Wallenstam has so far let office premises of almost 11,000 square meters in total in the Gothenburg region. The larger lets include office premises at attractive addresses in the middle of central Gothenburg such as Kungsportsavenyen and Storgatan. Other popular areas are Gårda, central Mölnlycke and Kallebäcks Terrasser.
Lawyers, research companies, doctor's surgeries, companies in the flame combustion segment, and leading experts in bio convergence are some examples of Wallenstam's new and new-old office tenants.
