Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (OM:SBB B) agreed to acquire Wallenstam AB (publ) (OM:WALL B) from Wallenstam AB (publ) (OM:WALL B) for approximately SEK 1.2 billion on November 26, 2021. All the properties are residential properties. The two properties in Sundbyberg comprise about 12,500 sq m of residential, 7,000 sq m of commercial and 10,000 sq m of garage space.

The four properties in Gröndal, Stockholm mainly comprise residential space of about 6,000 sq m in total, as well as 1,000 sq m of commercial and 500 sq m of garage space. Wallenstam will vacate the properties on January 31, 2022.
