Wallenstam AB (publ) (OM:WALL B) signed an agreement to acquire commercial property in central Gothenburg from Handelsbanken Fastigheter Ab for SEK 1.1 billion on December 10, 2021. The property will be taken into possession on February 1, 2022. Handelsbanken Capital Markets acted as a legal advisor to Handelsbanken Fastigheter AB.
