Wallenstam's newly produced residential properties will receive personal patrons in the form of the employees who have worked the longest time in the company. Ulf Lundberg, who works as a regional controller, recently got to participate when a name plaque bearing his name was mounted on the Rosengången block in Mölnlycke Fabriker.

'Patronship is a recognition of our appreciation for engagement and loyalty to Wallenstam as a company. The employees who so far have been able to become a patron have worked in the company for an average of 25 years,'says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam.

Wallenstam's wind farms, from Jämtland in the north to Skåne in the south, have already been named after staff. This is a popular initiative, which has now resulted in newly produced properties getting a patron. At present, Wallenstam has just over 2,000 apartments under construction in a number of different projects in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Uppsala.

'It feels really special to be a patron of your own property. This is something that I am proud of and will carry with me in the future,' says Ulf Lundberg, regional controller at Wallenstam.
