Wallenstam announced that it has signed an agreement to sell six properties to Samh?llsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB). The properties are located in Sundbyberg and in Gr?ndal, Stockholm and are being sold at an agreed property value of SEK 1,150 million. The following properties are included in the transaction with SBB: Sundbyberg Fj?lln?set 14 with the address H?gklintav?gen 9-11; Sundbyberg L?rkan 14 with the address Koloniv?gen 2-4/Skogsbacken 1-3/Tulegatan 8-14/?ngsstigen 1-7; Stockholm Barlasten 4 with the address F?gels?ngsv?gen 17; Stockholm Barlasten 6 with the address Fregattv?gen 4-8; Stockholm Barlasten 8 with the address F?gels?ngsv?gen 1; Stockholm Galjonsbilden 28 with the address Matrosbacken 15. All the properties are residential properties. The two properties in Sundbyberg comprise about 12,500 sq m of residential, 7,000 sq m of commercial and 10,000 sq m of garage space. The four properties in Gr?ndal, Stockholm mainly comprise residential space of about 6,000 sq m in total, as well as 1,000 sq m of commercial and 500 sq m of garage space. The agreed property value for all six properties, which are all being sold through company transactions, amounts to SEK 1,150 million. Wallenstam will vacate the properties on January 31, 2022.
