and Wan Hai Lines(Singapore) PTE LTD to purchase second hand  vessels
with the price not more than USD 320,000,000 (around TWD 8.8544 billion)
for future operational purpose.
Authorized the chairman to determine the acquisition party
in consideration of companies'asset allocation and efficiency of operation.
6.Countermeasures:Negotiate with the potential counter-parties and
subsequent signing matters in accordance with the vessel procurement
proposal resolved by the board of directors.
