DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company") dated 30 July 2020 (the "Announcement") in connection with the Disposal of Interest in the Chicago Property Project, which constitutes a very substantial disposal and connected transaction under the Listing Rules. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, (i) further details of the Disposal and a notice convening the SGM was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 20 August 2020.

As additional time is required to prepare and finalise the information in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular is expected to be postponed to a date no later than 10 September 2020.
