SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Wanda Hotel Development Company Limited (the "Company") dated 6 March 2020 in relation to a tenancy agreement. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to provide supplemental information on the identity of the ultimate beneficial owners of the Landlord under the Tenancy Agreement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the Landlord is Wuxi Jinjiang Grand Hotel Co., Ltd* (無錫 錦江大酒店有限公司), a company incorporated in the PRC with limited liability. To the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Directors having made all reasonable enquiries, the Landlord is beneficially owned by Xu Jun* (許浚), Gao Haoqing* (高浩清), Shi Zhenya* (時振亞), Jiang Yan* (蔣豔), Xu Ye* (許燁) and Shanghai Jin Jiang Capital Company Limited ("Shanghai Jin Jiang"), a joint stock company incorporated in the People's Republic of China with limited liability whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the 75% controlling stake of which is ultimately beneficially owned and under the administration and control of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government. Based on public information available to the Directors, there is no other shareholder of Shanghai Jin Jiang which owns more than 5% of the total share capital of Shanghai Jin Jiang.
