Warner Chappell Music has entered into a worldwide administration agreement with Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter Daniel Caesar. The deal encompasses Caesar's entire back catalog and future works, including his breakthrough collaborations "Best Part" ft. H.E.R. and "Get You" ft. Kali Uchis. Each of those records has accumulated more than 600 million global streams, garnering worldwide notoriety for Caesar, with "Best Part" earning him a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance. Most recently, Caesar collaborated with Justin Bieber on the massive hit single "Peaches," which shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Global 200 charts.

Warner Chappell Music Co-Chair and CEO, Guy Moot, said: "Daniel has an intimate approach to songwriting that is incredibly alluring. His ability to articulate complex emotions and feelings into beautiful lyrics and melodies is truly unmatched. I've worked with Daniel in the past and am incredibly grateful to again be in business with such a poignant storyteller as he moves into this next chapter in his career."

Warner Chappell Music President of A&R, U.S., Ryan Press, noted: "Daniel has set a new standard for soulful songwriters around the world with his deeply passionate writing style. He pours his heart and soul into every verse and that really comes through when you see him perform. I'm excited for what the future has in store and all of us at Warner Chappell look forward to supporting him on this journey."

Daniel Caesar is a Grammy award-winning Canadian singer/songwriter. After independently releasing two critically acclaimed EPs - Praise Break in 2014 and Pilgrim's Paradise in 2015 - he released his debut album, Freudian in 2017, which went on to be nominated for two Grammy Awards for Best R&B Album and Best R&B Performance for "Get You." The following year, Caesar took home the Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance for his breakout hit, "Best Part."

Caesar recently co-wrote and was featured on Justin Bieber's mega-hit, "Peaches." Since its release in March 2021, the song has reached No. 1 on both the Top 40 and Rhythmic Radio charts, as well as amassed over 809 million streams on Spotify alone.
