Incorporated served as financial advisor to Lone Star on this transaction. Houlihan Lokey Capital, Inc. acted as financial advisor to Lone Star Disposal, LP. Shearman & Sterling LLP acted as legal advisor to J.F. Lehman and Company, LLC.

Waste Connections, Inc. is a Canada-based integrated solid waste services company. The Company provides non-hazardous waste collection, transfer and disposal services, including by rail, along with resource recovery through recycling and renewable fuels generation.
