Oddo BHF maintains its "outperform" rating on Wavestone shares, with a target price raised from €51 to €59 after the company published "solid results in line with expectations" for FY 2024/25.
Net income came in at €75.6m (spot on Oddo BHF's estimate of €75.6m, and vs. VA consensus €76.7m), up 30% y/y (mainly due to lower one-off expenses).
"Wavestone has set itself the target of achieving organic growth and an operating margin of >13% for FY 2025/26, which is reassuring given the uncertainties and lack of visibility," the analyst said.
This is a reassuring publication, with indications that support our scenario of limited growth in 2025/26 (+0.9% organic) but prompt us to raise our bottom-line forecasts slightly between now and 2028, he concludes.
