Da Vinci Purchaser Corp entered into an agreement to acquire WCG Holding IV Inc. and WCG Market Intelligence & Insights Inc. from WCG Holding IV LLC for $3.2 billion on November 6, 2019. The consideration was paid in cash in amount of $2.9 billion and equity in amount of 0.27 million. The purchase included cash and liabilities assumed.
