Notice of Corporate Resolution Regarding Selection of "Growth Market"

Under the New Market Segments

WealthNavi Inc. (the "Company") announced that its Board of Directors resolved to select the "Growth Market" under the new market segments which are to be implemented on April 4, 2022.

On July 9, 2021, the Company received the initial assessment of its compliance with the continued listing criteria for the new market segments from the Tokyo Stock Exchange ("TSE"), and we confirmed that it complies with the criteria for the "Growth Market".

Based on the assessment, the Company resolved to select the "Growth Market" at its Board of Directors meeting held today.

The Company will proceed with the prescribed procedures in accordance with the schedule set by the TSE.
