Webuild S p A : ASTALDI - REGISTRATION OF THE DEED OF PARTIAL PROPORTIONAL DEMERGER OF ASTALDI IN WEBUILD

Following what was communicated on 29 July 2021, it is confirmed that the act of partial proportional demerger of Astaldi S.p.A. into Webuild S.p.A. has been registered at the offices of the Register of Companies, respectively, of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi and Rome.

Therefore, it is confirmed that the division will take effect for civil, accounting and tax purposes on 1 August 2021 and, for stock and stock of stock, on 2 August 2021.
