SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO

THE CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

Reference is made to the announcement of Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 10 March 2021 (the "Announcement"). Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

Further to the information disclosed in the Announcement, the Board hereby provides additional information regarding the emoluments received by Mr. Gu from the Group. Pursuant to the executive Director service agreement entered into between the Company and Mr. Gu, he will not receive any emolument as the executive Director. As one of the joint company secretaries and the head of corporate investment and financing of the Company, Mr. Gu's emolument comprises an annual salary of HK$720,000 and a discretionary bonus. These have been determined in accordance with his position in the Company as determined by the Board with reference to his performance and responsibilities, the performance of the Group and the prevailing market practice.
