(NYSE:WBT) is delighted to announce that Jennifer Gudenkauf, Welbilt's Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has received Tampa Bay Business & Wealth (TBBW) inaugural Apogee Award. These awards were created to celebrate the outstanding achievements of those sitting in a C-level position. Community and business leaders gathered for the TBBW inaugural award ceremony held at Armature Works in Tampa, FL on October 13 to recognize the 27 finalists. Jen took home the award and was recognized for the outstanding accomplishments and continuous commitment in her profession as a Chief Human Resource Officer.

Jennifer Gudenkauf was appointed her current role at Welbilt in January 2020. Prior to Welbilt, Gudenkauf served as Vice President, Human Resources - North America for Sykes Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:SYKE), a Tampa-based provider of process outsourcing services, information technology consulting and information technology-enabled services, such as technical support and customer service, since 2017. From 2009 to 2017, she held a variety of human resources leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ:BLMN), which owns and operates approximately 1,200 restaurants across the U.S. and in 20 countries. Prior to Bloomin' Brands, she held a variety of human resources roles for Gentiva Health Services, Inc., a leading home health care and hospice services firm, from 1997 to 2009.
