5.Cause of occurrence:Subsidiaries originally suspended production till
2022/04/19. Currently the suspention of produciton is prolonged
in accordance to local government's Covid-19 prevention policy.
The company will start the application for the resumption of work after
getting the sepcific measures from the local government.
6.Countermeasures:The company cooperates with local government regulations
to ensure the safety and health of employees.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:It's forecasted that the
partial shipments in April will be postponed to May.
