Wells Fargo & Company announced that Tracy Kerrins has been named chief information officer of Enterprise Functions Technology. Kerrins joins the company Oct. 21 reporting to Saul Van Beurden, head of Technology. She is based in Charlotte, N.C. Under Van Beurden's leadership, the Technology organization is focused on reengineering its platform to deliver technology that is secure and stable with fast, innovative features. In her new role, Kerrins will be responsible for providing technology services and solutions for Wells Fargo enterprise functions, including Human Resources, Corporate Risk, Finance, Technology, Audit, Legal, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, and Data. Most recently, she was the chief operations and technology officer of Antares Capital, a private debt credit manager with more than $24 billion of capital under management.
