Wells Fargo Names Fercho Head of Diverse Segments, Representation, Inclusion

Wells Fargo & Co. on Tuesday said it named Kristy Fercho head of its diverse segments, representation and inclusion, or DSRI, function.

The San Francisco bank said Ms. Fercho, currently head of Wells Fargo Home Lending, succeeds Kleber Santos, who became chief executive of Wells Fargo's consumer-lending business in July after joining the company in 2020 as head of DSRI.

Wells Fargo launched the DSRI function in 2020 to coordinate the bank's diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the company, developing products and services aimed at customers from under-served communities and driving DE&I initiatives firmwide.
