On November 18, 2022, Wemade Co.,Ltd. closed the transaction. The company amended the deal terms. The company raised KRW 102,000 million in funding. On the same date company raised KRW 21,000 million in it's second tranche.
On the same date company raised KRW 15,000 million in it's third and final tranche.
WeMade Co Ltd, formerly WeMade Entertainment Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the development and sale of mobile game software. The Company operates its business through five segments. The Mobile segment is engaged in the development and sale of software such as the mobile game Legend of Mir series. The Personal Computer(PC) Online Segment is engaged in the development and sale of online games. The Licensing Segment is engaged in the conducts licensing business utilizing the Legend of Mir Internet protocol (IP). The Platform Segment is engaged in the blockchain business. The Other Segment is engaged in the general private real estate investment trust business. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
