Wendel : Constantia Flexibles acquires FFP Packaging Solutions

Constantia Flexibles has signed an agreement on Wednesday, August 10^th, 2022, to acquire 100 % of FFP Packaging Solutions, a leading player for sustainable, flexible packaging in the consumer market from Northampton, UK.
