Waalwijk, The Netherlands, 17 August 2021 - Stahl, an active proponent of responsible chemistry, will continue its digital program for the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) 2021, following the recent rescheduling of in-person ACLE events. Running from 31 August to 3 September, the webinar series will enable Stahl to continue to support and engage with leather-industry stakeholders from around the world.

Stahl organized the webinar series for participants who would not have been able to physically attend ACLE, the first and only international leather fair in China, this year due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Following the recent postponement of ACLE 2021, which was planned to run in Shanghai from 30 August to 2 September, Stahl will continue with this online program.

The webinar series will cover a range of relevant topics for leather-industry stakeholders. Among these topics are Stahl's renewable-carbon product families: Stahl Ympact® for leather and Stahl NuVera® for synthetic materials. The webinars on these product families will explore how they merge Stahl's sustainable development and renewable feedstock initiatives, and how they enable sustainable futures.

The program will also include webinars on the sustainable history of Stahl's PielColor brand, which will become fully integrated with Stahl over the course of 2021, as well as webinars on collecting verifiable LCA data for chemicals and on Stahl's reasons for embracing digital transformation. Finally, there will also be webinars on lifestyle and technology trends for automotive leather, mobility interiors, and shoe finishes and leather care.

John Fletcher, Chief Innovation Officer: 'As a global supplier of leather chemicals and performance coatings, we are committed to sharing knowledge and engaging in dialogs with stakeholders from around the world. Our digital ACLE webinar series will enable us to do this safely, so we are proud to be continuing with the program now that this year's in-person events have been postponed, and to be supporting our partners regardless of location. We look forward to welcoming participants and sharing our latest innovations, technologies, and expertise.'
