Wessanen N.V. entered into a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire Danival SAS from The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HAIN) on June 30, 2020. As part of the transaction, the team of Danival will join Wessanen. Jean-Marc Grosperrin, Tanit Gendre, Romain Picard, Alice Sevestre, Emmanuelle van den Broucke and Julie Caussade of Dentons acted as the legal advisors to The Hain Celestial and Nicolas Vivien, Mathilde Guenard and Inès Ferchichi of Vivien & Associés acted as the legal advisors to Wessanen. Xavier Etienne and Julie Givernaud of PwC Société d'Avocats provided tax due diligence services, Philippe Serzec, Halima Nejjah and Victoire Rey of PwC Transaction Services provided financial due diligence services and Frédéric Spielrein and François-Xavier Bornet of PwC Transaction Services acted as financial advisor to Wessanen N.V.
